For those of us with EDS-H, it is recommended that we take high dose magnesium supplements. Magnesium Malate is the form that the body can most easily absorb, so that’s why I choose to use it for my supplementation. This is a nice product. After all my research into the Now brand, I’m pretty comfortable with using their product line.
