Why are my suicidal thoughts a selfishness?
You claim that you love me,
yet you demand that I remain here with you
solely because leaving would cause you harm
all with disregard for the pain I must endure to exist for you.
But love is letting go,
knowing that they won't always come back to you.
Love is accepting,
knowing that there is always a time of parting.
Why is it selfish for me to avoid suffering
When it is noble for you to do the same?
